RESERVATIONS
Our reservationists are available by phone 7 days a week; 8am to 8pm. Call us at (877)504-4634.  If you would like to make a reservation outside of business hours, you can call and speak to our on-call service to leave a message to have us call you back or email us at reservations@burtontransit.com. Our online booking is also available 24/7.  

Gratuity is based on 20% client has option to include at time of reservation or pay directly to the drivers in cash. In the event gratuity is not collected at the time of booking or at the time of services BurtonTransit, L.L.C. will charge the 20% to the credit card on file to cover gratuity in full. If you wish not to have this fee included please inform us at the time of booking, we will send confirmation as proof of request. (Confirmation receipt will be your acknowledgement of services rendered) ***ALL RESERVATIONS ARE GUARANTEED NO REFUNDS OF ANY FUNDS UPON INITIAL BOOKING***


Client is responsible for the excessive trash and un-­normal debris in relationship to use of any limousine. Some reservations may require a Damage/Cleanup Security Deposit for late night runs. Security Deposit min $350.00 refunded with 3­-5 business days after completion of all service's. This deposit is collected by the driver in cash or a hold could be placed on credit card to secure. Furthermore, all rules will apply below for security deposit refund regardless if collected or not all rules still apply below. All fleet vehicles exterior colors are black, white or silver. We will try our best to match limo exterior colors for multiple reservations, but we do not guarantee actual colors of any vehicle. No Food or No Smoking Is Allowed in any vehicle No Exceptions! Minimum 50% deposit required at booking to reserve any vehicle balance due 30 days prior to all dates reserved. All deposits are nonrefundable. Checks are accepted up to 15 days in advance of the event. Any balances due 14 days or less in advance of the event must be paid in cash, credit card, or bank certified funds or reservations could be and will be canceled without notice. Time shall begin when vehicle departs from terminal and time shall end when vehicle return to terminal for all non local services. The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the limousine/ limo bus, as well as legal and collection fees, caused during the duration of the rental by themselves, or any members of their party. Drugs and weapons are prohibited by law, and will result in immediate termination of services, without any refund. The extension of the head, arms, feet, legs or any other body parts through the open roof or windows is strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited. No alcohol beverages will be consumed by underage passengers. The driver reserves the right to terminate all services, without refund, if any passengers in the party violate any of these conditions, or any other laws. Without refund the driver also reserves the right to terminate all services if passenger(s) become unruly, or behave in a dangerous manner. BurtonTransit, L.L.C. its employees, or contractors are not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle at any time. Refund, there are no refunds for unused time. In the rare event that we are unable to provide service due to whether, mechanical breakdown, driver actions or any condition beyond our control, we reserve the right to either substitute an appropriate vehicle, or to refund the clients deposit. If such an event should occur during an event, we will refund the client for all unused time. Please note when renting our Antique Rolls Royce this vehicle is an Antique and if it shall break down doing or before your service we hold the option to substitute your vehicle as quickly as possible no refund will apply. We do not guarantee Antique Rolls Royce abilities for any reservation and will not be held responsible for any delay in time in regards to Antique Rolls Royce! In the event a cancellation is necessary, all cancellations must be sent via certified mail, at least 90 days prior to the event. A Rescheduling fee of $75.00 per vehicle will be charged if time or date change is necessary. In order to grant a rescheduling date or time balance must be paid in full including any additional fees for rescheduling. Full payment is due for all cancellations less than 60 days’ notice. In the event of a city shut down, pandemic, or any official government interruption client will be offered a credit of full value to be used within a year of the original service date, after one year from original date of service client will have no further recourse. Rescheduling is based on a first come first serve bases for all services. Client also agrees to pay any charges associated with collections, including legal fees and court costs. A 20% fuel surcharge is charged is charge to every service ticket. All of our vehicles are nonsmoking! THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY OCCUR… SMOKING CHARGE MIN $350.00 PLUS DAMAGES/ ROLLS ROYCE SMOKING CHARGE MIN $2,500.00 PLUS DAMAGES 1. $25.00 per broken glassware, $45.00 per damaged or lost cd/dvd 2. $250.00 minimum cleanup for extensive cleanup (spill, etc.) 3. $200.00 detailing and waxing (due to sickness exterior) 4. $250.00 shampoo and disinfecting (due to sickness interior) 5. $225.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery 6. $375.00 minimum for each act of vandalism 7. Triple charge of above listed amounts for all removed/stolen items in vehicle 8. Downtime subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost as stated in contract BurtonTransit, L.L.C. cannot guarantee the availability of overtime. Transfer jobs are priced for immediate pickup/drop off, no wait time is included, no usage for bar or drinks/food etc. Base price is simple transportation. The overtime for transfers will be billed by 1 ½ of hourly rate or ½ of the transfer charge which ever greater. If customer fails to show/arrive at designated pick up location and does not inform office and/or driver, the full amount of the contracted time will be charge. The purchaser authorizes BurtonTransit, L.L.C. to charge any additional charges after they rendered services to the purchasers’ credit card supplemental charge. A 20% gratuity will be added to your total charge. If cash payment is selected, the payment is due at the time of booking. Customer agrees to have BurtonTransit, L.L.C. get authorization for the credit card used to book the event, and the amount, for the event booked. BurtonTransit, L.L.C.shall not be held responsible for late arrivals caused by (but not limited to) act of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop off information, and any situation beyond our control. If the limousine rental is to be for a minor under the age of (18) eighteen this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (18) eighteen.In a rare event is offered any type of refund client will have no further recourse once partial refund is offered and accepted as compensation. Client acknowledged the terms of this agreement and give/ approve full permission to do business under these terms.

DEPOSITS
The following services require a non-refundable deposit at time of booking: Proms, Night on the Town, Concerts, Weddings, or Special Events in our limousines or mini-coach. Six and Ten- Passenger Limousines require a $100 deposit and our Executive mini-coach requires a $200 deposit. Exceptions are only made due to extreme weather conditions that result in the inability to traverse the roads.

AIRPORT ARRIVALS
We constantly monitor the flight arrival information that you provide to us. Please call our office as soon as possible if there is a change in your flight information. We will meet you upon arrival, just look for our chauffeurs holding an “BURTON” sign with your last name. In addition, all our cars have “BURTON” vanity plates and our chauffeurs are in black uniforms to make us easy to find.

Nashville (BNA) Airport: Our vehicles are restricted to waiting in a security zone until ten (10) minutes after your flight lands and only ten (10) minutes at the terminal to meet and load you into the vehicle. You should call our office when you are ready to meet your driver and we will dispatch the car to the terminal to meet you.

WAITING TIME CHARGES
Airport: Please meet the driver as soon as you get your luggage.  There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 45 minutes after the touchdown of all domestic flights or within the first 60 minutes after touchdown of all international flights. Once the grace period has passed, waiting time will be charged $15 per every 15 minutes until the passenger meets the driver. 

Non-Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 15 minutes. Once 16 minutes have past, waiting time will be charged by the vehicle's hourly rate, rounding up in half-hour increments starting from the scheduled pickup time.

NO SHOW POLICY

Airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location for the arriving fight information you provided to us and there has not been any contact with Burton Transit Limousine and Shuttle Service after 45 minutes for domestic flights or 60 minutes for international flights you will be considered a “No Show” and billed the full fee including the base rate, driver gratuity and any accumulated expenses. If you can't locate your vehicle, DO NOT LEAVE! Call our office and we will locate your driver and assist you in locating your reserved car.

Non-airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location, you will be billed a full charge for the quoted price including base rate, driver gratuity and any accumulated expenses. Personal data is collected to facilitate the online booking process as well as to ensure efficient processes each time a customer logs on. Information such as name, addresses, phone numbers, email address, and credit card data are stored so that you will not have to re-enter the data again. We do not sell, rent, or disclose any of your personal identifying information to third parties.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Burton Transit Limousine and Shuttle Service secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Your information is secured on computer servers in a controlled, secured environment, protected from any unauthorized access or use. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
